Recommended Printing Speed: 20 - 40 mm/s (Slow and consistent speeds prevent filament buckling)

مادة TPU-95A هي مادة مرنة ومطاطية جداً، ولكي تحصل على طبعة ناجحة باللون الأسود الفخم بدون مشاكل، يرجى مراعاة ما يلي:

• سرعة الطباعة: يجب طباعة هذه المادة بسرعة بطيئة جداً (بين 20 إلى 40 مم/ثانية) لأن البلاستيك المرن قد ينثني داخل سحّاب الطابعة إذا تحركت بسرعة.

• نوع السحّاب (Extruder): الطابعات التي تستخدم نظام الدفع المباشر (Direct Drive) (مثل بامبو لاب أو كرياليتي الحديثة) هي الأفضل والأسهل لطباعة هذه المادة. إذا كانت طابعتك بنظام الأنبوب الطويل (Bowden)، يجب خفض السرعة لأقصى حد.

• الرطوبة: مادة الـ TPU تمتص الرطوبة بسرعة كبيرة من الجو، مما يسبب ظهور خيوط (Stringing) وتأثيرات بيضاء على اللون الأسود؛ لذلك يُنصح بحفظها في مكان جاف تماماً أو تجفيفها قبل الاستخدام إذا تركت مكشوفة.
